Creating HSIO solutions on PCB for highest performance customer applications
Electronic circuit design (digital and analog) and schematic entry with state-of-the-art EDA tools
Supervise PCB layout, optimization and validation via EM / 3D simulation
Turn-on prototypes, debugging, characterization and qualification of prototypes
Develop a low level automated test environment for prototype hardware
Build and modify ad-hoc solutions on the respective boards
Close collaboration with HW architects and project management
Close collaboration with embedded FW development teams / companies
Accompany product life cycle from requirements collection to begin of volume manufacturing
Ihr Profil
Bachelor or Master degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
Experience in designing complex circuit boards including high performance digital ICs, high-speed interfaces and analog circuits
Good skills and profound experience in system integration and ESD/EMC measurements
3+ years of professional experience in HW engineering
Interest in hands-on lab work and measurement setups
HFFS or ADS simulation and knowledge of high speed interfaces
Basic programming skills (e.g. C/C++, Python, Matlab)
Experience in ad-hoc hardware modifications (electrical / mechanical) is a plus
Experience with simulation tools (e.g. CST, Spice, Mentor Hyperlynx) is a plus
Experience in embedded linux systems is a plus
You speak fluent English - fluency in German is a plus for us
You have an agile mindset and are interested in taking responsibility

Keen problem-solver with self-contained and result oriented working style
Excellent team work and interpersonal skills; ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team (FPGA, Software, Electrical and Applications engineers)
