As part of the SoC Delivery team you drive Advantest towards operational excellence in an outsourced manufacturing environment
Bring new instruments of the V93000 IC tester into production on time
Actively drive supply chain requirements into hardware and test software design to achieve efficient and predictable manufacturability by utilizing the capabilities of our partners.
Manage quality, product changes and technical supply chain processes of products to constantly fulfill customer and business requirements
Aspects to consider are manufacturing process optimization, cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives to drive supply metrics towards defined goals
Work closely with our contract manufacturers and internal teams in Development, Supply Chain and Product marketing in a very international environment
Provide special technical advice to peers and management

Ihr Profil

Bachelors' / Masters' Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Experience in end-to-end manufacturing processes of high-level electronic assemblies
Analytical skills in failure detection (data analysis to identify HW errors, electronic measurements and debugging electronic assemblies)
Knowledge of Printed Circuit Assembly development and manufacturing processes
Proactive, flexible and innovative mindset with analytical problem-solving skills, demonstrating strong ownership
Good Communication skills and team player in cross-functional and cross-company environment both in English and German
