Develop state of the art SW solutions for automated testing of the next generation SoCs with focus on highest standards for Quality, Reliability and Performance
Work in cross-functional Scrum teams in close collaboration with other R&D teams both in HW and SW as well as with other disciplines and stakeholders
Be a self-reliant team member, an accountable contributor and/or owner for SW modules under your care
As SW Development Engineer for the current product, you´ll follow the heartbeat of the market in direct manner and should be able to cooperate cross-functional, across sites and with the Field/Application Engineer teams or even direct with the customer for improving the positive customer experience with the Advantest 93k products
The SW development team is responsible for developing low level HW drivers and is supporting the validation of our HW developments, close cooperation with HW development is essential
You will be responsible for definition, design, implementation and testing for components of our system
The used development environment is C++ on a Linux PC. In this environment you will be embedded in the Current SW R&D Team with the expectation that you will act, after an appropriate ramp period, as self-reliant team-member and as highly accountable contributor or owner for your assigned SW modules
In this role you shall be able to provide specialist or technical recommendations to management and senior staff to resolve technical issues of the 93k Test-system

Ihr Profil

Computer science or electrical engineers Bachelor/ Master/ PhD or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in development of complex SW systems
Solid experience with C++, algorithms, concurrency, and data structures
Structured approach to problem analysis and problem solving
Ability to develop high quality SW solutions for the technical market
Solid experience with debugging and testing SW
Very good team worker with good communication & networking skills
Solid English language skills
