As Senior Quality Assurance Engineer Hardware (SQE) you will
Be part of the Program Management Team, responsible to develop, steer and maintain the quality management system processes for our products in a cross-functional environment . Your fields of work will include (but may not be limited to):
Develop, manage, and maintain all QA processes, plans and procedures necessary to guide our project teams and ensure delivery of high quality products with focus on the hardware
Monitor closely the quality of products and processes as required by the customer requirements
Strive to improve all aspects of the hardware and system level quality within the working environment and increase teams' working knowledge by ensuring the team understand their responsibilities with regards to hardware QA
Ensure the project activities comply and are performed with latest quality standards and procedures.
Help identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities within the quality management system.
Help to implement the use of quality management tools to improve processes and work closely with the project teams
Perform quality inspections of the projects as part of the major milestones, report KPIs
Perform and moderate the non-conformance report process in house
The Senior Quality Assurance Hardware Engineer reports directly to the PMO Management.

Ihr Profil

Master/University degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines
Experience >3-5yrs in hardware quality assurance in the context of product development
Experience with risk identification methods like FMEA
Experience with issue solving methods like 8D
Experience in a system-driven environment with focus on hardware products
Strong English communications skills to work effectively with German, U.S. Japanese and Chinese partners
German language skills
Ability to successfully work in an international environment, intercultural understanding
Self-motivated individual with desire to learn, can-do attitude, self-driven
Knowledge of the ATE market and/or in the semiconductor industry are helpful
Demonstrated experience managing dynamic projects on tight schedules and across organizations
